The 24th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held

on Tuesday 7 February 2012 at the

Boswell Hotel, Mansionhouse Road, Cathcart

We're returning to the "Country Club" on Tuesday 7 February for our 24th AGM, and the form will be much the same as in previous years ...

•   Arrive from 6pm.
•   Sit down to eat at 6.30pm sharp.
•   Start the meeting as close to 7.30pm as possible.

As ever, there's a lot to discuss about the future of the Club … so, let's see you all there and let's hear any views you may have on our future activities and outings programme.  If you're not there, you won’t have any input or influence over these activities, and your committee values everyone’s opinion.

The cost will be £8 per person, which buys you a magnificent 2 course meal as noted below.  As usual, any bar drinks ordered will be the responsibility of each individual.

So, please click below to download, complete and return the acceptance form immediately .. and certainly NO LATER than Thursday 2 February .. including your choice from the menu.  It may be difficult to make a choice now for something you might not fancy on the night, but doing so keeps the cost to a minimum and speeds up the process.

An agenda and all relevant papers will be mailed out to everyone attending the meeting about a week beforehand, so that any issues can be fully digested.  I hope to see as many of you as possible on the 7th!
